Greatest Blessings hopes that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Our personal service has resulted in no customer returns at this point. If you are not satisfied please call us so that we can help you. We may be able to find another item that will better suit you.
Please review our policies below regarding returns.
• Please contact us via our online customer service page to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). You must have a RAN# in order to return an item.
• Returns must be in original package and in NEW, saleable, unworn condition.
• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving order and must be accompanied by a copy of this packing slip, along with your RAN#. Greatest Blessings does not accept returns after the 7th day item was received. All returns received after the 7th day will be sent back to the customer.
• Restocking fees: For each item priced less than $100, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges that are not due to manufacturer error. For items priced $100 or more, there is a $15 restocking fee per item for all returns or exchanges that are not due to manufacturer error.
• You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
The following items may not be returned unless received damaged: ALL 14KT GOLD ITEMS ARE SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE ARE MADE BY THE MANUFACTUERS AS NEEDED AND CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. ENGRAVED ITEMS ARE NEVER RETURNABLE UNLESS THERE IS AN ENGRAVING ERROR MADE ON OUR PART OR ON THAT OF THE ENGRAVER. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME AND/OR BLESSED CANNOT BE RETURNED.

• By returning merchandise, you agree to our company terms. Unauthorized merchandise will be returned at customers expense. Customer will be responsible for shipping fee to return back.

o Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving merchandise (this is the time from which you received your order. Additional Delivery time back to us allowed)
o The following items may not be returned:
o 14k Gold Jewelry
o Clearance items
o Merchandise must be in original packaging with all hangtags attached in their original position.
o Shipping fees are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or received incorrectly. If an item received is damaged or an error on our part, we will replace it (same size/style item) and will credit the original shipping on your order.
o If returning merchandise received using our free shipping promotion, a $9.95 charge will be deducted from refund.

Exchanges usually ship in 1-3 business days of return date.

Returns made because of defects will be replaced or fully refunded, including shipping charges, at our discretion. Please inspect items immediately and contact us to obtain return authorization.
