We do not carry all items in inventory. Items will be dropped shipped from the manufactuter.
When your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail that will include your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail indicating what items have been shipped. This e-mail is separate from the order confirmation e-mail you will receive immediately after placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us sooner for status on your order.
There are circumstances that may cause your order to be delayed, particularly rare manufacturing delays and seasonal demands (Christmas/Spring Sacramental seasons.) We cannot offer refunds for items that you did not receive by the time you needed them UNLESS you contact us first to obtain availability information and arrange for a specific “deliver by date.” Please contact us and in most case we can accommodate your needs. If we do not hear from you, we will not know that you needed the order on a specific date.
We try to contact customers as soon as possible if we anticipate a major delay (of a week or more) in shipping their order. However, as much as we try, there are times (such as the peak times of the year) that we may not be able to anticipate every delay and contact each customer immediately. If you do not receive your item within the general 7-10 business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays) and we have not contacted you, please feel free to contact us by phone or email to check the status. Please remember that 7-10 days shipping te do time for First-Class mail is not a guarantee but a general time frame, especially during the Sacramental Season (First Communion, Confirmation).
ALL 14KT GOLD ITEMS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. THE MANUFACTURER WILL ONLY SHIP VIA UPS OR FEDEX AND THEREFORE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN THE SHIP-TO SECTION OF THE ORDER FORM.
We cannot ship to Correctional Facilities or Prisons due to their policies.
We are not responsible for delays with FedEx, UPS, or the US Mail due to inclement weather.
We do not provide courtesy Delivery Confirmation on orders shipped USPS. If you require delivery confirmation, we offer you the option to add this service by contacting our Customer Support line at xxx-xxx-xxxx. The charge for delivery confirmation is $4.99. If you do not purchase Delivery Confirmation for orders shipped via USPS, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing orders that we have shipped.
We do not provide courtesy insurance on orders. If you require insurance, we offer you the option to add insurance by contacting our Customer Support line at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Charge for insurance is 30% over the cost of the order (excluding shipping and taxes). If you elect not to buy insurance, your order will not be replaced if the items do not arrive or are damaged on arrival.
Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded.
Most of the shipments are mailed via US Post Office. Expedited orders are shipping via UPS or FedEx or US Express Mail. All orders shipped will have a Delivery Confirmation/Tracking number. At our discretion, we may also require a signature for “high value”, such as 14kt Gold order. In any case, signature required or not, if the particular shipper indicates that a package was delivered, we will consider the package delivered and the order closed. If a package has been indicated as “delivered” but you cannot located the package, we will make every effort to work with the delivery service to locate the package. However, if the delivery service indicates that they did in fact delivered the package, it is our policy that we cannot refund the purchase price. By placing an order through our website or by phone, you agree to this policy. If a package is lost by the delivery service, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
